බොදු බලසේනා සංවිධානයේ මහලේකම් ගලගොඩඅත්තේ ඥානසාර හිමියන්ගේ ඇමෙරිකා වීසා අත්හිටුවීමට ඇමෙරිකා රාජ්ය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව කටයුතු කර ඇත.ඇමෙරිකා රාජ්ය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් මෙරට ඇමෙරිකා තානාපති කාර්යාලයට මේ බව දැනුම් දී ඇති අතර තානාපති කාර්යාලයේ නීතිඥ නිලධාරියා විසින්තමන්වහන්සේට ඇමෙරිකාවට ඇතුළු විය නොහැකි බව පවසා තම වීසා අත්හිටුවූ බව දන්වා සිටි බව මහලේකම් ගලගොඩඅත්තේ ඥානසාර හිමියෝ කීහ.
වීසා අත්හිටුවීමට නිශ්චිත හේතුවක් නොදන්වා ඇතත් මුස්ලිම් අන්තවාදීන්, ජිහාඩ් කණ්ඩායම් හා විවිධ අන්තවාදීන් ඇමෙරිකා රාජ්ය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට විවිධ වාර්තා යවා ඇති අතර තමන්වහන්සේ ත්රස්තවාදියකු ලෙස සලකා මේ පියවර ගන්නට ඇතැයි උන්වහන්සේ පැවැසූහ.

The Bodu Bala Sena organization (BBS) awaits written documents pertaining to the cancellation of the visa of its General Secretary, Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara thera to the United States.
CEO of the BBS organization, Dilantha Vithanage told The Nation that Gnanasara thera had received a phone call from an official at the US Embassy who had informed of the cancellation of his visa.
The official had also stated that the decision to cancel the visa was made by the US State Department. However, a reason was not given, Vithanage said.
Vithanage said that the thera had applied for visa in 2011, before BBS was formed, to attend a religious ceremony in the US.
The visa was said to be valid for five years. “There were allegations that the BBS was backed by the US and that we were given visas over the counter. This development clearly shows that these allegations are false,” he said.
